These course prices include accommodation and full-board and all transport once in Spain, as well as full instruction. Courses are available throughout the year. Please contact us for more information.

Once we have confirmed availability for the course/holiday you want to take you need to book your flights. You are strongly urged to organise your flights at the same time as booking your course/holiday, as ticket prices increase the closer you get to the day of travel. When looking for plane tickets, please also bear in mind that you may want to spend some time in Barcelona at the beginning or end of your stay. Barcelona is a wonderful city that is well worth a visit; an overnight stay may even pay for itself as it allows you to be more flexible when searching for cheap flights.
In order to confirm your course/holiday booking with us a £50 deposit per person is required. Final outstanding payments must also reach us 2 weeks before your holiday starts although this payment may, if you so wish, take the form of a cheque dated the day after your arrival.

Along with your final payment we need a photocopy of your travel and climbing insurance without which we cannot confirm your booking. We also ask you to send us a short precis of your climbing experience briefly summarising the type of climbing you like, the approximate level at which you climb and giving us some details about the climbs you have done and enjoyed in the last few years (please indicate whether leading/seconding/top roped). This will help us to help you get the most out of your holiday.
Guests need to bring a sleeping bag and towel for the bunkhouse accommodation and are recommended to bring sturdy approach shoes, a small rucksack, a fleece and a windproof for multi-pitching. Sun cream and water carriers are essential. A roll-mat is needed for an overnight stay in a bothy on the Classic Gorges of NW Catalunya trip. Waterproofs, gloves, thermals and plenty of warm clothing are prerequisite for the High Pyrenean trip as even in summer cold snaps and stormy mountain weather may occur.
For those concentrating on sports climbing a single 60m/10-11mm rope is sufficient. For those wishing to multi-pitch it is recommendable to have two 50-60m ropes of 8-9mm. On all three packages it is possible to spend the whole time climbing on bolts. However to make the most of the climbing opportunities it is recommended that you bring at least a half-rack for the Classic Gorges trip and a full rack for both Montserrat and the Pyrenees.
You should also consider bringing a small amount of spending money in euros for buying drinks, guidebooks to take home, presents etc.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF
Clients are picked-up at a pre-arranged time (see holiday itineraries) at the Arrivals Gate of Terminal A, Barcelona airport (30 mins by train or bus from the city centre). One of your guides, identifiable by a Climb Catalunya sign, will be there waiting to meet you. Drop-offs are also made at the airport.
